The objects included are a vessel with three white roses, for Mary is
the Rosa Mystica, a rose without thorn; a garnet rosary; and a Bible.
On one side of the frame are prayers to the Virgin, and on the
other side is an excerpt from the Gnostic poem The Thunder,
Perfect Mind translated into English from the Coptic by George
W. MacRae. A major theme of the poem is the wholeness of
the feminine and the marriage of opposing characteristics.
