Who is Kartoffel?

Kartoffel is a friend and namesake of Potato. His name means "potato" in the German language. Yes, it is quite true that Kartoffel is not, in fact, a potato, nor even a poor representation of a potato. He has been determined to be, after much research, a dragon, although he bears a striking resemblance to a giraffe with wings. One of his problems as a dragon is that he is fuzzy, a characteristic usually attributed to mammals.

Kartoffel recently got a new friend, Vodka. Vodka's moniker comes from the fact that vodka is sometimes made of potatoes. Vodka is approximately three times the size of Kartoffel, is brown and has lovely red iridescent wings.
